Ingredients
Marinated Chicken:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp Spicy Rye's Lemon Pepper Sauce
Sandwich Build:
- 2 slices of toasted bread
- 1 tbsp mayo
- A handful of fresh rocket (arugula)

Directions
