Clean your chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps to ensure the skin gets nice and crispy.
In a large bowl, season the drumsticks with all-purpose seasoning, green seasoning, jerk paste, 1 cup of the smoky bbq sauce ensuring each drumstick is well-coated.
Arrange the seasoned drumsticks on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil (for easier clean-up) and drizzle them with olive oil.
Place the drumsticks in the preheated oven and bake them for about 25 minutes.
While the drumsticks are baking, pour your Spicy Rye's Smoky Barbecue Sauce into a small saucepan. Warm it over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it just starts to bubble. Remove from heat and set aside.
After the initial 25 minutes of baking, remove the drumsticks from the oven. Using a brush, generously coat each drumstick with the warmed barbecue sauce.
Return the drumsticks to the oven and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (the internal temperature should reach at least 165°F or 74°C).
Once the drumsticks are done, take them out of the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
For an extra touch of flavour and colour, sprinkle the drumsticks with some chopped fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
