Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a large baking tray with foil, and set aside.
Prepare the pork ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs (use a paper towel to grip and peel it off). Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season both sides generously with the all-purpose seasoning, salt and pepper
Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet, bone-side down, and cover tightly with another layer of foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, have the Spicy Rye's Bourbon BBQ Sauce ready.
After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully remove the top layer of foil. Baste the ribs generously with the Spicy Rye's Bourbon BBQ Sauce, using a brush to ensure even coverage.
Increase the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F). Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelised and the ribs are tender.
Let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before cutting them into individual portions.
Serve the pork ribs with your choice of suggested sides, such as coleslaw, mash, grilled vegetables, or mac and cheese. Enjoy!
