A very easy to follow, oven grilled 'Smoky BBQ Wings' recipe. They won't last so you may want to multiply this recipe by 2 or 3 depending on the number of mouths you need to feed.

I love a quick and easy wing recipe, as you don't have to do too much here at all. Great for any party!!!
Put your washed chicken into a large bowl and add the all purpose seasoning and green seasoning mixing until all the chicken is completely covered. Leave in the fridge overnight if possible but if not, let that sit for a good hour before grilling.
Preheat the top oven/grill to 200C, (make sure you're using the grill part of your oven as that's how we'll be cooking this chicken)
If seasoned overnight, remove from the fridge and allow the chicken to get to room temperature before putting in the oven/grill.
Now, place the chicken evenly in an oven pan with a wired rack. let the chicken breath so you have plenty of space to flip them. Put in the oven and leave for 10 Minutes,
After 10 minutes, flip all the pieces over and cook on the other side for another 8 minutes,
Whilst the chicken is in the oven, pour the Smoky BBQ Sauce into a bowl and get your pastry brush ready.
After the 8 minutes, Pull the tray of wings out of the oven and using the pastry brush, glaze with the BBQ Sauce. Return to the oven for 6 minutes then flip, glaze the other side and return for the last 6 minutes.
Now the 6 minutes is up, remove from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
Enjoy.
Recipe Note
Serve with whatever you like. Some oven chips, mash or just use as finger food for a party.
